Ezim Eneli

EZORA Collective was created from a deep conviction that care should never be fragmented. Faith, health, rest, and everyday living are not separate compartments of life — they are deeply connected. My work, my calling, and the services offered here reflect that belief.

I’m Pastor Ezim Eneli, an ordained Pastor within the Redeemed Christian Church of God and a qualified Pharmacist by profession.

I also work with a local GP surgery as an Independent Prescriber, with a particular interest in women’s health and menopause. These two callings — ministry and healthcare — have shaped how I walk with people: with compassion, wisdom, discernment, and care that honours the whole person.

In April 2003, I founded RCCG Courage Centre, Crawley, where I now serve as Senior Pastor. Over the years, I have had the privilege of teaching the Word of God, mentoring believers, and nurturing a community grounded in integrity, prayer, worship, and purposeful living. My pastoral heart is to see people grow in confidence in God, become the best version of who they were created to be, and positively impact their environments as light in the world.

A significant part of my calling is developing women — spiritually, emotionally, and practically. I am passionate about helping women understand Scripture deeply, cultivate a consistent prayer life, and navigate the seasons of life with wisdom and strength. This passion for fruitfulness, particularly for families trusting God for the fruit of the womb, led to the creation of Shiloh Hour — a monthly online space for prayer, encouragement, and faith-filled connection.

Alongside pastoral care and healthcare, EZORA Collective also embraces self-care as a form of stewardship — not indulgence, but intentional care for the body God has entrusted to us.

As an Independent Beauty Consultant with Mary Kay, I offer personalised skincare consultations that are educational, gentle, and confidence-building. These sessions are not about quick fixes or trends, but about helping individuals understand their skin, build simple routines, and practise self-care that fits real life. For many women, these moments of care become a powerful reset — a reminder to slow down, tend to themselves, and reconnect with their sense of worth.

What makes this approach distinctive is the added layer of professional healthcare insight. As a Pharmacist, I bring a science-informed perspective to self-care — understanding ingredients, skin health, medication interactions, hormonal changes, and the realities of life stages such as menopause. This means the guidance offered here is thoughtful, responsible, and grounded in evidence, while remaining accessible and compassionate.

Beyond this, EZORA Collective also supports restoration through carefully curated travel experiences. These are not just holidays, but intentional opportunities to rest, reset, and return refreshed — because sustainable leadership and service require rhythms of renewal.

Whether you are seeking pastoral support, spiritual grounding, women’s health insight, personalised self-care, or space to rest and recalibrate, EZORA Collective offers a place where care is practiced with integrity and intention.

If you are ready to explore what it looks like to live well and lead with care, you are warmly invited to engage — through teaching, pastoral care, wellbeing consultations, prayer gatherings, or restorative experiences. There is space here for growth, healing, and purposeful next steps.
